www.premiumprimeproperties.com is not responsible for the provision of the service itself, therefore, it does not guarantee, nor is it responsible for the non-fulfillment or the exact fulfillment of the service contracted by the final service provider, which is the one with whom the client contracts. The rental contract will have the duration foreseen in the rental reservation form, without prejudice that it will be subject to the regulation of the contract to be signed with the final service provider. Any change in its duration must be reported to www.premiumprimeproperties.com for its management and control.

VALIDITY
The conditions of the service and the contract come into force at the moment the client generates the reservation form.

BOOKING AND CONTRACTING PROCESS

The booking process with www.premiumprimeproperties.com and then the contracting with the final service provider is very simple:

DEFINITION OF CLIENT

Customer is any person over eighteen years of age, and with the authority to contract and be bound by the present conditions of service and contract when generating a reservation form.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

The client is obliged to:

Provide only truthful information in the valuation of the service received. In any case www.premiumprimeproperties.com reserves the right to reject or withdraw the valuations and opinions that do not comply with the rules or are rude.
To have travel insurance if he/she is a foreigner.

FINAL SERVICE PROVIDER

The final service provider can be an owner of one or several properties, commercial services, related to vacation rentals or not, an agency that provides property management, a broker, an agent, etc.

In www.premiumprimeproperties.com we offer to the final service providers the possibility to announce and advertise their properties in the online platform with a description, characteristics, images, video, prices and an availability calendar, according to the information they provide to www.premiumprimeproperties.com. With this, www.premiumprimeproperties.com can carry out its reservation service and the collection of its service commission to the client.

The final service provider is solely responsible for the client, and must comply with the laws in force in the Dominican Republic. www.premiumprimeproperties.com only provides an intermediary service.

Therefore, it is indispensable that the owner of the property has contracted a civil liability insurance and other compulsory insurances to rent his property in Dominican Republic.

MEANS OF CONTRACTING

The client and www.premiumprimeproperties.com accept the possibility of the formalization of the agreements and contracts by any means admitted in law, including the contracting through the web or e-mail, telephone recording, digitalized signature or electronic signature, as well as that they can be stored, organized or reproduced, by any available means.

MEANS OF PAYMENT


The client will make the payment at the time of making the reservation or contracting, in the amounts and at the time indicated in each case (and that will be in accordance with the prior acceptance of the client himself).

In the event that payment of the full amount is not requested at the time of booking, the customer is obliged to make the remaining payment on the dates indicated. If the remaining payment is not made before or on the dates indicated, the reservation will be cancelled and a penalty of 100% of the deposit paid will be applied.
We remind you that www.premiumprimeproperties.com does not manage the collection of the reservations, it only charges the percentage of services of the page to the final client (this appears in the breakdown of the pre-reservation made by the client in www.premiumprimeproperties.com).
